Doctors are great, helpful and caring especially Dr Sri. He never rushes you and listens to what you have to say. Received treatment when necessary and signposted to nurses etc when appropriate.
Receptionists are very rude and unhelpful. I've never known anything like it.Been a patient here all my life, but recently it has gone majorly down hill. One doctor there is very good, but the other isn't. I visited for a Depo-povera injection, which I have every 3 months. A doctor injected me with the wrong product, didn't tell me, hoping I didn't notice. But I did notice, I saw and noted the name of the product on the packaging. He said it "didn't go in properly" so injected me again with the correct product. I googled the name of the mystery injection and it was in fact a sretoid injection commonly used for tennis elbow. Could have taken this further but didn't.
Dr Sri is great,got me the treatment needed and quickly,going to miss him as having to relocate to another part of country.
I can not thank my GP enough..he saidSaved my life..and that's not me being dramatic..i went to an appointment with a bloated stomach..the gp noticed I was jaundiced..arranged blood test straight away..personally reviewed them..called me to the surgery and for me admitted all in a few days..i ended up getting diagnosed with a very rare liver condition..was 48hr from needing a transplant..still needed extensive surgery and critical care at a Birmingham hospital and was an inpatient for a month..still in recovery and will be on life long treatment with possibility of more surgery and my thought process is not normal yet..but I will never be able to repay the skill my GO had in noticing the slight jaundice and not just saying give it a few weeks and come back.thank you!!
AVOID!! 0 stars for this surgery!! terrible service ALL ROUND. Reception staff need a crash coarse in customer service! Never ring back when they state they will. Leaving me with an expired implant in. Cannot get to speak to gp about the issue. they dont seem to be bothered its out of date and will no longer be protecting me from possible pregnancy and could be doing me some harm now its expired.Terrible since the Adderly Green lot took over. NOW CHANGING GP!!TO BE FAIR THEY SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING GPS AT ALL. NEEDS CLOSING DOWN ASAP!! BEFORE SOMETHING SERIOUS GOES WRONG!
